Amazing!  So you are in your third trimester.  Great job!  How thrilling!  Keep reading and let us assist you with a third trimester pregnancy exercise and some suggestions to pull you through this last haul. Exercise is strongly suggested while pregnant. If you’ve been doing exercises so far during pregnancy; great for you. As you get closer to to the delivery you may need to slow things down a little as your baby bump might be throwing off your center of gravity.
