    This product contains the drug sibutramine, which can cause hypertension and cardio-vascular problems and thus is prohibited to be used in weight loss products by the FDA. This ingredient has tested positive and product is blacklisted by the Food Safety & Inspection Board of GuangDong province in China. This explains why lots of users have commented on being really thirsty and having a very fast heartbeat or getting nauseated and tired.

    As a sidenote, most diet products on the market in china do have sibutramine as a secret ingredient that’s not listed on the product, almost surely the product is using it as an appetite surpressant if one experiences the above symptoms while on the pill. Be especially cautious if you see bad grammar in the english instructions or foreign non-chinese characters printed on the product, such as the weird looking characters printed underneath the big chinese characters on the box in the product image above.

    If anyone wants to verify the claim and know friends who understand chinese, one can google “gdfs gov cn 37596” and click on the first chinese link which should lead to the site of the GuangDong Food Safety Board, scroll down and there will be a chart, the fifth row is the one referring to this product and the last column indicates it contains sibutramine.

    I HAVE BEEN TAKING THESE FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS NOW. I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 6 LBS SO FAR. WHEN I PURCHASED THIS ITEM FROM AMAZON.COM I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED 2 BOXES WORTH. MY MOTHER PURCHASED 4 BOXES WORTH SPENDING ABOUT $100. WHEN BOTH MINE AND MY MOTHERS BOXES ARRIVED, MINE HAD A GOLD SEAL ON THE BOX AND MY MOTHERS HAD NONE. I TRIED SOME WITHOUT THE SEAL AND DIDNT HAVE NO CHANGE AND LOST ABSOLUTELY NO WEIGHT. WHEN I STARTED USING MINE WITH THE SEAL, IS WHEN I GRADUALLY STARTED LOSING WEIGHT. SO JUST FYI WHEN PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS WEBSITE, IF THERE IS NO SEAL ON YOUR BOXES, I WOULD RECOMMEND SENDING THE ITEM BACK AND GETTING A REFUND BECAUSE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY. IF IT HAS A SEAL ON IT..I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT. IT DOES WORK. FOR SOME REASON PEOPLE THINK IT IS OK TO SELL PEOPLE FAKE STUFF AND NOBODY WILL EVER NOTICE.

  3. If you truly believe that this product is 100% natural then my recommendation is to buy the list of ingredients. Mix them all in a blender with some water and drink. Cheers and Good luck with that!

    However as I read from a doctor who wrote about these kind of pills. Every weight loss product will contain a “stimulant” to make it work. The quality and efficacy of the “stimulant” will pave the road to weight loss bliss. There are a lot of stimulants and you are probably familiarize with some of them ( I.e caffeine, ephedrine ). As I being doing research I found out that the stimulant in this product is a drug named sibutramine.

    Sibutramine, usually available as sibutramine hydrochloride monohydrate, is an orally administered agent for the treatment of obesity, as an appetite suppressant. It is a centrally-acting serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor structurally related to amphetamines,[1] although its mechanism of action is distinct.

    Sibutramine is manufactured by Abbott Laboratories, under brand names such as Reductil and Meridia. It is classified as a Schedule IV controlled substance in the United States, despite having virtually no potential for abuse (due to its lack of appreciable dopaminergic effects). It is likely that the compound’s use as an anorectic is the sole reason is it classified as a controlled drug, as “overprescription” of anorectics (as a class) in the mid-20th century resulted in a number of cases of abuse or addiction.

    Sibutramine is a neurotransmitter reuptake inhibitor that reduces the reuptake of serotonin (by 53%), norepinephrine (by 54%), and dopamine (by 16%), thereby increasing the levels of these substances in synaptic clefts and helping enhance satiety; the serotonergic action, in particular, is thought to influence appetite. Older anorectic agents such as amphetamine and fenfluramine force the release of these neurotransmitters rather than affecting their reuptake.[2]

    Despite having a mechanism of action similar to tricyclic antidepressants, sibutramine has failed to demonstrate antidepressant properties in animal studies. It was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in November 1997 for the treatment of obesity.

    Sibutramine is contraindicated in:

    * Psychiatric conditions as bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, serious depression or preexisting mania

    * Patients with a history of or a predisposition to drug or alcohol abuse

    * Hypersensitivity to the drug

    * Patients below 18 years of age

    * Concomitant treatment with a MAO inhibitor, antidepressant or other centrally active drugs, particularly other anoretics

    * Hypertension that is not sufficiently controlled (caution in controlled hypertension)

    * Existing pulmonary hypertension

    * Existing damage on heart valves, coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure, serious arrhythmias, previous myocardial infarction

    * Stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA)

    * Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland)

    * Closed angle glaucoma

    * Seizure disorders

    * Enlargement of the prostate gland with urinary retention (relative C.I.)

    * Pheochromocytoma

    * Pregnant and lactating women (relative C.I. )

    Side effects

    A higher number of cardiovascular events has been observed in people taking sibutramine verses control (11.4% vs. 10.0%). Further analysis is ongoing.[4]

    Frequently encountered side effects are: dry mouth, paradoxically increased appetite, nausea, strange taste in the mouth, upset stomach, constipation, trouble sleeping, dizziness, drowsiness, menstrual cramps/pain, headache, flushing, or joint/muscle pain.

    Sibutramine can substantially increase blood pressure and pulse in some patients. Therefore regular monitoring needs to be performed.

    The following side effects are infrequent but serious and require immediate medical attention: cardiac arrhythmias, paresthesia, mental/mood changes (e.g., excitement, restlessness, confusion, depression, rare thoughts of suicide).

    Symptoms that require urgent medical attention are seizures, problems urinating, abnormal bruising or bleeding, melena, hematemesis, jaundice, fever and rigors, chest pain, hemiplegia, abnormal vision, dyspnea and edema.

    Currently, no case of pulmonary hypertension has been noted, although related compounds (such as Fen-Phen) have shown this rare but clinically significant problem.

    Now, back to my experience. If you don’t live in a bubble you must have heard the news in the past recent years about some big problems with some China exports that included dog food, plastic toys and even toothpastes that came with one or other ingredient that proved to be fatal. So, what makes me take this product that comes from China and which have been linked with all the above? Plain and simple. Vanity and the lack of will to eat more healthy.

    Anyway, once again. Am I talking it? YES. Is it working? Very much.

    I heard about this product about a year ago when my best friend told me that she was in the chinesse diet pill! I really didn’t want to hear a lot about that because a long time ago I swore off these kind of pills forever.. The reason was because when Xenadrine was the it thing to loss weight I was really in to it. Until one morning as usual I took two pills and 15 minutes later I was drenched in cold sweat, almost blind and with the vomit in my mouth. That 1 minute episode was enough for me. That’s why I just told my friend to take care and be careful with these pills. Long after that I heard from another friend who was taking it too and she lost 40lbs in a few months. Well, it just took me 5 seconds to say that 1 + 1 = 2 . If my two friends are still alive I want it. That same day I got a hold of 6 pills with the promise of my friend that I was going to lose at least 6lbs. Can you imagine? I only wanted to lose 10lbs and if these pills where going to make me lose a pound per pop. I think I need to ordered a whole box..

    The first pill swallowed was followed by a prayer and a glass of water. Immediately of course I felt nothing. Two hours later and I wanted to climb Mount Everest. It is a really intense feeling. Like you swallow Superman. In fact, as I am writing this review I am feeling just like that. My theory is that whatever the ingredients in this pill is, it will raised your heartbeats. You will become an instant calorie and fat burning machine. Don’t take me wrong. I am not promoting or glamorizing this pill. I mean, it is not natural or normal to be having you heart pounding this fast. But that is just what this pill does. Another effect is that I lost all appetite and on top of that the usual amount of food that I put on a plate for the first time in my life seems like too much. It is elemental to know that food is energy. If you are not eating that much food your body will start to consume the energy that you have stored ( I.e fat ). That is just basic weight loss 101. You have to burn more calories than the ones you consume to lose weight. When you take this pill you are fooling you body making it believe that is exercising and therefore you are losing weight; because you are burning calories with fake energy. I said fake energy because is not coming from the food but from the pill. That is why people are losing weight without exercise.

    In my research I found out that this pill is being banned by the fda. They are not banning sibutramine since they approved this drug in 1997. What they are supposedly banning is this pill because obviously contains a drug that is controlled and needs to be taken under medical supervision. Take for example Xenadrine which was banned from the marker a few years ago. The FDA did not banned the ephedrine. They only banned the Xenadrine because it contains ephedrine which is a substance that should be used under FDA regulations and standards. If you think I am wrong explain me why is that when you buy certain cold / flu medicines to get rid of a cold you feel after a while a similar raised in your heartbeat. THAT’S BECAUSE THEY CONTAIN EPHEDRINE. THAT IS WHY IS SOME ESTATES THIS OVER THE COUNTER DRUGS ARE WELL CONTROLLED MAKING YOU SIGN WHEN YOU BUY IT. YOU CAN EVEN GO TO JAIL IF YOU BUY MORE THAT THE RESTRICTED AMOUNT OF MILIGRAMS. IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE ME ASK THE LADY THAT WAS ARRESTED A FEW DAYS AGO FOR BUYING MORE THAT SHE SHOULD.

    My last word is that if you are going to take this pill go and and do some research. That way whatever is the effect that this pill have on you will be your sole responsability.
